Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

The Enchantment of Lisbon (Graça)

The Enchantment of Lisbon is a totally refurbished apartment located in its historical heart, Graça, one of the most typical, popular, charismatic and historic districts of Lisbon. The central location provides easy access to the main interest areas of Lisbon. As a matter of fact, the apartment is situated just a 5 minute walk away from the highest point and at the same time the most stunning landscape of the city (Nossa Senhora do Monte), 10 minute walking distance from the outstanding Castle of Sao Jorge and from the traditional and secular flea market (Feira da Ladra), held in the early afternoon every Tuesday and Saturday. There you can find all sorts of second-hand products for reduced prices. Furthermore, there is another well-known viewpoint called Nossa Senhora da Graça featuring a splendid Baroque Church. You can easily reach the city centre by foot, nearly 20 minutes, or by taking the famous tram number 28 (the oldest tram operating in Europe) that cross most of the touristy neighborhoods of the city centre (São Vicente de Fora, Alfama, which offers several restaurants where you can hear live Fado, Mouraria). The apartment is also located close to the station of international and national trains, Santa Apolónia. Nearby you have a wide range of traditional commerce (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, butcheries, bakeries, in overall, all sorts os services). Concerning to the characteristics of the apartment, it comprises one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, one living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and stove, microwave, laundry machine, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, iron and ironing board, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer and a large terrace where you can take advantage of the sun and outdoor meals. There is also satellite TV and Wi-Fi free of charge as well as basic utensils namely a heater or a fan. Indeed, the apartment is very cozy, quiet, delightful and tastefully decorated. Moreover, we used some portuguese objects and furniture to recreate the unique and charming ambient of Lisbon .We are the finest accommodation in the accurate place to experience the atmosphere and character of Lisbon as well as portuguese people. Graça um dos bairros históricos de Lisboa. Acolhedor e calmo para descansar depois de um dia na cidade. Conhecido pelos seus famosos miradouros: Miradouro Senhora do Monte e da Graça com uma vista soberba sobre a cidade, as famosas vilas operárias: Vila Estrela de Ouro, Vila Berta. A Igreja São Vicente e Convento da Graça de interesse histórico e arquitetónico. O bairro é acessível pelo Eléctrico 28, Autocarro 712 e de táxi. A viagem do aeroporto demora 20 minutos - custo aproximado 20 euros.

Restored Cottage on Patio in Historic Center A

Patio São Vicente is a collection of restored cottages surrounding a peaceful courtyard, hidden away in the historical center. The cottages have been restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. Lisbon's 13th century wall, the "Muralha Fernandina", is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms.

I fell in love with this place the moment I saw the view: Overlooking all of Lisbon. Its location, high above the city, provides one of the most spectacular private views anyone could have. The apartment has recently undergone renovation: New windows, cozy lighting, very well equipped, and with air conditioning. Unsere schöne Sao Vicente IV Wohnung liegt in unserem Altstadthaus im zentralem Viertel Sao Vicente/Alfama mit den schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem berühmten Castelo Sao Jorge. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung erwartet dich eine kleine Bäckerei. Die Traditionstram Nr. 28 startet bereits am Ende der Straße zur ersten und ganz besonderen Stadtrundfahrt. Unsere Idee zu Lissabon-Altstadt haben wir hier mit diesem Altstadthaus realisiert.
