Petite maison en pierre, indépendante, située au coeur du bourg de Pomarède. Pomarède est situé à 10 min en voiture de Prayssac (et de tous ses commerces de proximité), à 5 min de Frayssinet-le-Gélat (boulangerie, superette, plan d'eau) et à 35 min en voiture de Cahors.
