Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Located in Gorgie and 5 mins walk to Murrayfield Stadium tram stop, our beautiful 1 bedroom flat is a PERFECT base for exploring Edinburgh. It is spacious enough to fit 3 to 4 guests.Great location and easy access to local amenities: 7-10 mins into citycenter on Lothian bus 30; 8 mins to Haymarket station on bus 2, 3,33,25. Bus 2 right outside the door takes you straight to the old town castle. Tram stop is nearby. Sainsbury, Aldi and McDonald's are round the corner. Only weekend free parking.

Our nice and cozy house locates in a residential area with excellent public transportation, 15 mins bus/tram journey to Princes Street, 15 - 20 mins bus/tram from the airport, and popular Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium are both 10-15 minutes walk away. We also have free on street parking if you are driving, and a back garden for you to enjoy some sunshine. With 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, our house comfortably accommodates 4-5 people.
