We live down a long drive, with the property surrounded by fields. A neighboring equestrian center means you are more likely to encounter horses on your drive down than a car. Due to our rural location, you will need your own vehicle to access the many nearby attractions, ranging from Oxford, the stunning Cotswolds to the lovely local walks and pubs. We are 12 miles west of Oxford and within easy reach of the Cotswolds and River Thames. Village amenities include a pub, cafe and supermarket. The accommodation, located on two floors with private entrance, has an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and TV sitting area. There is an en-suite bath/shower.

The Potting Shed is a historic and pretty building, that has been recently converted providing comfortable, rustic accommodation in its own, completely private 3000sqm garden. Fruit and vegetables still grow in the garden here. Accessed via a tree lined pathway and sitting within the Garden Retreat, the potting shed is ideal for a romantic getaway or relaxing escape from reality. There is a fire pit/grill with logs available. The perfect base to enjoy Snowdrops at Welford Park.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
