Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

We’ve recently constructed this brand new family house with all convenient features you are looking for during your holiday. It’s a stand-alone house with all facilities provided we thought you would love. Everything is well thought of with the most convenient features. Grab the canoes and go out to explore the Loosdrechtse lakes. As a father of two teenagers I exactly know how to make my family happy!

In het mooiste deel van Giethoorn, buiten het drukke toeristische gedeelte ligt deze unieke vakantiewoning middenin de natuur. Met vrij uitzicht over het water. Het huisje heeft 2 slaapkamers (1x 2 persoons en 2x 1 persoonsbed). Er is nog een 5e bed (1 pers.) op de hal boven. Graag vernemen we of je gebruik wilt maken van een lakenpakket (beddengoed & handdoeken). Toeslag is € 10,00 p.p. De vernieuwde badkamer maakt het huisje tot een luxe plek om te genieten van de rust, ruimte en natuur.

Gelegen aan het kraakheldere water van de Vinkeveense Plassen vind je hier zowel in de zomer als in de winter rust en plezier voor het hele gezin. Verken de natuurrijke omgeving per boot, fiets of te voet. Peddel na het bbq'en een rondje op je SUP door de mooie villawijk en bekijk de zonsondergang vanaf het water. 'S winters zit je heerlijk met je warme choco bij de open haard en speel je gezelschapspellen. Aan het eind van de dag plof je voldaan neer in de hangstoel in de zonnige serre.

Our monumental farmhouse (1876) is close to the beautiful city of Leiden (10 minutes by car). Also close to Amsterdam (30 minutes), Schiphol AirPort (20/25 minutes), the Hague (20 minutes). The beautiful beaches of Katwijk and Noordwijk are only half an hour away. For people who love the outdoors; there are many cycling and hiking possibilities close by. We are devoted to our tiny house at the Vinkeveense Plassen. We like to share our beautiful place, which is why we occasionally rent out our tiny house, "Waar geluk ligt" We have decorated it ourselves to make it as comfortable as possible. We find life in a small space with a lot of outside space to give a free feeling. Especially with the Vinkeveense Plassen in front of us. If you come with young children, you can rent an electric cargo bike from us. Ask the landlord about this

Having lovely experiences with faboulous guests as this summer and because a lot of people asking me to do it so their friends can come, my lovely boat will be remain to be rent. Be awared that the boat is divided into two units. Both of the boat units wil funtionate independently (with his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen en bathroom).

Just a 1 min walk to the famous harbour of Hoorn, and the historic city center is just a 3 min walk away. There you find the central square 'de Roode Steen' with all the bars and cosy restaurants.
