We have many attractions to the area including, trout fishing, eagle watching, sailing, ice fishing, wedding venues, motorcycle trips, wineries and diverse shops and businesses along the Great River Road. We think you will find our area a unique, relaxing, and enjoyable.

From the moment you pull up to the house you are met with a full view of Lake Pepin, you can see for miles down river past Frontenac, MN. This house is positioned within walking distance from all Bay City has to offer while being right on the lake. The nearby Bay City Beach has a large public beach and boat launch, neither of which are ever too busy to enjoy in peace. This house is full of charm and was built by the local celebrity Lloyd Spriggle.

Second floor access only with private entrance. 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room. No kitchen. Clean and quaint. We operate a coffee shop on the lower floor of the house on seasonal weekends so expect light noise after 7am (shop opens at 8 am) but come down for a complimentary coffee or tea and a homemade scone Saturday and Sunday morning subject to coffee shop hours.
