Appi Family is a single-family house with a wide garden located in the municipality of Capoterra, in the residential district Residenza del Poggio. We are at only 20 minutes from the Cagliari city center and 15 minutes from the airport, a very convenient location to explore the city of Cagliari and the beautiful seaside of the south Sardegna: 1. at only 20 minutes from us, you will find Nora, an old punic city later conquered by the roman empire. In the both the red and yellow rooms, you will be greeted every morning by the Pan di Zucchero, the sea-stack that looms off the Nebida coast and can be seen from our windows and balconies.

Ampio parcheggio interno e spazio per le vostre attrezzature. L'host è sempre disponibile per aiuto o suggerimenti, attento alle aspettative e ai desideri degli ospiti, rispettoso della loro privacy.

La nostra camera con bagno è color cedro. Nel bagno ampio e comodo troverete la doccia wellness dotata di colonna con getti idromassaggio. Forniamo accappatoio, telo bagno, phon, trapunta (se venite nel periodo invernale), asciugamani, lenzuola il cui cambio avverrà con cadenza settimanale (salvo richieste diverse) e al cambio degli ospiti. La pulizia della camera sarà ogni due giorni salvo accordi diversi.
