Апартаменты в 200м от моря.Рядом дельфинарий ,парк с озером,Торговый Центр,Археологический музей,площадь Европы,храм,Макдоналдс,площадь Пьяцца,охраняемая парковка во дворе,а так же рестораны под домом.

26 этаж - самый верхний с прямым, панорамным видом на море. Высота панорамных окон 5 метров. Здание расположено непосредственно у моря в 20 метрах от пляжа. У дома расположен самый большой молл, а также множество ресторанов, кафе, аквапарк и детские аттракционы. 
Двухэтажные апартаменты площадью 120 кв.м. с тремя спальнями, двумя ванными комнатами и гардеробной комнатой. Пол с подогревом - по весей площади и кондиционеры в каждой комнате отдельно. 
Ремонт апартаментов окончен в Июне 2024 года.

Квартира расположена в центральном и старом районе Батуми, в 300 метрах от моря. Квартира отремонтирована и полностью оборудована. В квартире есть большая веранда, откуда открывается вид на город. Также в этом году я сделал натуральное вино, пару бутылочек от меня в подарок гостю :). Я могу встретить гостя в аэропорте в Батуми и Помочь в любом вопросе. У меня также есть машина (джип), на котором магу организовать экскурсии в горную Аджарии. А также магу встретить вас в аэропортах Кутаиси.
