Das denkmalgeschützte "Lehrerhaus" liegt im kleinen Örtchen Eisenschmitt, inmitten des UNESCO Geo Parks "Vulkaneifel", nicht weit von Kloster Himmerod und umgeben von ursprünglicher Natur. Dieses Kleinod ist perfekt für alle Hundeliebhaber, Wanderer, oder alle die es lieben Tagesausflüge zu machen. Ob die berühmten Maare zum schwimmen, das historische Trier, Luxembourg oder die Weinberge und pitoresken Städtchen an der Mosel: All dies kann von Eisenschmitt aus erkundet und genossen werden.

Das Ferienhaus "Wanderlust" für 1-2 erwachsene Personen in Nettersheim/Eifel verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, eine große Wohnküche mit Kaminofen und eine "Wohlfühlgalerie" mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa (1,60m x1,90 Liegefläche). Eine große Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und ein eigener Gartenreich stehen zur Verfügung. Das Ferienhaus wurde 2017 als Ferienhaus errichtet. Die Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 65 Quadratmeter. Wohlfühlextras: Kaminofen, Regendusche, Smoothiemaker, Fußbodenheizung...

Das EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 gehört zu einem Ensemble von mehreren historischen Natursteingebäuden, die liebevoll restauriert wurden und anspruchsvollen Gästen ein tolles Naturerlebnis mitten im Herzen der Eifel bescheren, ohne auf entspannten Luxus verzichten zu müssen. Das EIFEL QUARTIER ist eine sehr individuelle, ursprüngliche Unterkunft mit modernem Pelletofen, sie geht über zwei Etagen und verfügt über eine E-Tankstelle. Hier wurde pures Wohnen in die Moderne überführt.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
