We are 10 min drive from the American River, half hour from Lakes Folsom/Clementine, and an 1.5 hours from Tahoe. Our downtown location means we are 1/4 mile from the freeway, with some ambient noise when outside. We are dog friendly, and hope you love our home.

The cabin was updated in circa 1960 to a two bedroom and has a full bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. The location is fantastic! It's conveniently located just off HWY 50 one exit past the Sly Park Exit coming from Placerville. Merely 15 min to Jenkinson Lake at Sly Park Recreation Area and a short commute to Sierra at Tahoe for skiing.
