Full kitchen, AC, bath and shower... Queen size bed and comfortable couch/bed for a third person. There is also a queen size air mattress in a cabinet if you need more sleeping space. There is tv in both living room, bedroom and outside with fire stick The bull frog HOT TUB is awesome. This spring we will be welcoming our new ducks , chickens and piglets. Great views of the Sierra Nevada's.
