It has a beautiful kitchen with island seating that has the basic cooking needs like pots, pans, rice cooker, toaster, and a coffee maker with coffee, cream, and sugar provided. The Livingroom has comfortable couches and a large Roku TV. The master bedroom has queen bed, a small roku tv, and its own bathroom (shower only). The side bedroom also has a queen bed and roku tv. The hall bathroom has a tub. Owners may be on property.

The Tiny House - AKA "Tree House"

The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

This house was renovated and completely furnished in February 2020 and includes a brand new Pebble Tec heated pool. The backyard backs up to a desert wash for fabulous privacy with stunning views of both Dinosour Mountain and the imposing Superstition Mountains. Relax on the upper deck and observe all the wildlife and the many birds in the area.
