Our cottage is ideal for solo adventurers, couples, or small families seeking a getaway with minimal maintenance. We provide a charming farm atmosphere and are conveniently located between Saratoga Springs and Lake George. Cabin Getaway to Lake George

Enjoy space, privacy, nature in an off-grid tiny cabin. Relax at a private (heated) cabin that sits on a seasonal stream. There is no plumbing or electricity. The outhouse is shown in photos. This isn't safe for toddlers (stream with a steep rocky bank and a narrow bridge without a railing). It's perfect for nature lovers. Enjoy hiking from the cabin or drive to close-by trails. Lake George (actual lake) is 1/4 mile away. The village with public beaches (and bathhouse) is a 10 min drive.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

The Owl's Nest Tiny Home (Pet Friendly)

Welcome to The Owl’s Nest! We are a newly renovated 380 sq foot tiny home located near all the Adirondack’s has to offer. 🦉 Enjoy all modern amenities while embracing days full of nearby nature and exploring. Plenty of hiking, activities, and restaurants within a 10-30 minute drive. Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. We are located on a walkable residential street, location is not remote*

The Farmhouse @ 10 Park Place

Welcome to The Farmhouse at 10 Park Place - A unique 1 bedroom first floor apartment. This apartment has received the full treatment: new everything! Sit back & relax in front of the fireplace while enjoying the 55" smart TV or a good book. A complete kitchen allows guests to make a full meal & the dining table with 4-seats allows guests to sit down to enjoy it. The chaise sofa converts into a full bed for a 2nd sleeping area. All of the downtown amenities are only a short stroll away.

We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!

The Smithy Cottage at Consider Bardwell Farm

The historic “Smithy" at Consider Bardwell Farm is the original building used for blacksmithing by Consider Bardwell, himself, in the 1800s. Complete with brand-new, architect-designed kitchen and bathroom, wood-burning fireplace, and stone patio for outdoor grilling and dining, the Smithy is beautiful inside and out. Enjoy meeting our goats and all the local goodies and products that we can stock in your cottage.
