Surrounded by beautiful grounds and historic outhouses, located 1.5k from Tramore beach which stretches almost 7k (behind St Patrick’s Links, Roasapenna Golf Course). Other nearby attractions include the Boardwalk Resort (1k), the famous Glen Bar & Restaurant (3k), Doe Castle (4k), Ards Friary, Marble Hill & Dunfanaghy (14k).

Cashelmore House near Beach, Forest & Mountains

Cashelmore House is a modern house ideally located in picturesque Ards. Close to many blue flag beaches, Ards Forest Park, Muckish mountain and family friendly activities such as horse riding, surfing and golf. Doe Castle and Glenveagh Castle are a short drive away. Nearby towns of Creeslough and Dunfanaghy offer numberous bars and restaurants. You’ll love Cashelmore House because of the views, the location, and the outdoors space. Ideal for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.

Much loved family holiday home so Only Occasionally bookable. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an open plan living and dining area with log burning stove and a gorgeous deck which affords a superb view of the lake and mountains. NOT SUITABLE FOR LITTLE KIDS AS DIRECT LAKE ACCESS. please note if you book we accept no responsibility for your children’s safety and they must be supervised outside at all time. Close to Carrigart, Downings + Wild Atlantic Way.

Ballycannon Cottage is nestled in the Gaeltacht (Irish-speaking) area of Donegal, between the Derryveigh Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. Minutes from the Wild Atlantic Way, Ballycannon cottage is a great choice for exploring Donegal’s many wonders.

This is a well placed location for visiting Glenveagh National Park, watching sunrise/sunset at Mount Errigal, taking part in water sports at Gartan lake, picnics at the beach, visiting Derek Hills art gallery or relaxing with a quiet pint in the local pub - only 5 minutes walk!

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.

Shooting Star Barn is a converted Donegal Barn in a very tranquil scenic area with stunning countryside views. The Barn is close to beaches, mountains, forests and The Wild Atlantic Way is on your doorstep, making the Barn ideal for a peaceful retreat or a great base for exploring Donegal. We’ve enjoyed decorating the space with handcrafted, reclaimed and up-cycled items.
