WIFI, computer monitor and mouse at the desk, cozy wood burning fireplace, board and card games, fully stocked kitchen, this place is primed for your stay without missing a beat! Farm-style, organic Continental breakfast included if you request AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Unit is in the upper half of barn, highly-insulated, and set 30 feet behind main home. Just 200 steps from the front door you can be standing on the edge of the Nooksack River. The Snowater complex has many amenities to offer. This unit offers WiFi.

View of Mt Baker in quiet, beautiful countryside. 3 bdrms, kitchen, dining & living areas, covered porch with gas grill. Foldable floor mat for a child & Pack&Play for an infant. Country sounds —coyotes, cows and roosters (right next door). The pool is about 150' away & ALSO AVAILABLE TO OTHER GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY. Reserve the times you want. $50 per pet fee. NO ADULT PARTIES AND NO MORE THAN 7 GUESTS at any time during the stay. Charge per adult after 4 is $15 per person.

The condo comfortably sleeps 4 plus, with a King bed and two double beds.

The Loft

Come relax at the Loft at Windberry Farms! The place offers stunning views of the mountain and beautiful sunsets. There is a patio for sitting and BBQing. We have a large hot tub with rain cover for use all year long. The main event during summer is obviously the pool! A 9ft deep salt water pool with loungers and other seating. We have towels available and a pool house for changing with a washroom.
