The House has three bedrooms (2 King Beds & 1 Double Bed), One Bathroom and 2 Toilets. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area is open plan and offers a lot of space. The self contained Studio is located behind our Art Deco home, with your own parking bay. Located close to the " viaduct basin " of Gisborne - Restaurants, Kaiti Hill, Museum, Cycleway, Beaches and a short 10 minute walk to the river and Gisborne CBD. The Studio is private and centrally located - a great place to explore all our region has to offer, easily. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

Lovingly restored in 2020, the guest room is self contained and absorbs the morning sun.
