A mini sleepout with a double bed, tv, internet, heater, shower and toilet. The suite has private entrance with key and offers a seperate kitchen/ washhouse with a microwave, double element cooker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Nutri bullet and cooking items. Coffee, tea & cereals provided as well as sham/Con and bodywash. Spa pool and pool access. Swimming pool available November to March only. Friendly family dog who is not allowed in the suite and 2 family cats. Not suitable for children.

The Studio is private and centrally located - a great place to explore all our region has to offer, easily. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

This modest renovated quarters is located 15 minutes drive from Gisborne City, in Manutuke Village. Ideal for a couple/couples or a group of friends. On site parking is available at the door with plenty of room for a trailer. There is ample off street parking.
