Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

Comfortable and spacious home surrounded by nature in a great location! This 3/2 mobile home sleeps 10 and it sits in a 5-acre piece of land full of trees. Sit by the firepit, relax in the screened porch, listen to the animals and you might even see some deers. The house is peaceful and secluded but it is less than 10 minutes to downtown and also between 8 - 15 minutes to Ginnie Springs, Blue Springs and Poe Springs. We are also about 20 minutes to other Springs and 25 minutes to Gainesville.

The house is elevated which creates a separate covered outdoor area with custom bar, hammocks, and a full second bathroom. Perfect cozy space for a couples retreat! We are next door to Rum Island Park which is a swimming spring, kayak and canoe pick up/ drop off/boat ramp location. It is a private cottage. 1 bdr Sleeps 4. 1 Bedroom with a sleeper sofa. You’ll love my place because of the location. The river is in the backyard. You can launch your personal canoe or kayak. Sit by the fire pit or enjoy the deck and cook out with friends and family. We have a no pet policy due to our allergies. Town of High Springs and Gainesville near by
