The house is in walking distance near a number of small hiking trails and a short-driving distance to a number of more advanced trails, like Mount Major. The house is located 2.5 miles from Gunstock Mountain Resort with a number of family activities, 8 miles from Weirs Beach in Laconia and 13 miles from Meredith; all with a number of restaurants and fun family activities, including the ice castles.

Great Location - Spectacular Home & Views!

Stay at a beautiful contemporary getaway on 5 acres with amazing lake and mountain views minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee. Upstairs has a master bedroom with a queen and a bathroom with tub and shower. There are two other bedrooms, one with a twin, the other with a full. Sharing bathroom. The basement room has a queen bed and a king sofa pullout in the entertainment room. Another full bath is here. The first floor study has a full sofa bed. Cozy home near the lake is a peaceful place to relax or adventure in the lakes region.The house is located right next to the Glendale Yacht Club and 0.3 miles or a 6 min walk (based on Google) to the Breeze Restaurant and water access at the Glendale Public Docks (no swim area). The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)
