It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

Most mornings you can get fresh local fish directly from fishermen (2 mins walk from the house).

Appartamento appena ristrutturato, situato al primo piano del palazzo più antico di San Vincenzo, dove un tempo vi erano le scuderie della famiglia Della Gherardesca. Abbiamo tenuto conto del valore dei dettagli emersi durante la ristrutturazione, archi sopra le finestre e un vecchio arco che un tempo incorniciava il camino. Molto luminoso, gli affacci sono sulla splendida Piazza della Vittoria, sede del Comune. 50 mt e siamo in spiaggia!!
