Tem uma casa rondável com dois compartimentos, uma kicthnet, 2 WC, 3 showers, quarto com vista especial para o lago, um quintal vasto apropriado para acampar até 10 tendas e estacionamento também para 10 viaturas, sombras, braai, agua e luz. Está na via principal para o Lakeview, próximo do supermercado e da praia de Chidenguele. Não é um lugar luxuoso mas é limpo e confortável para amantes de ar puro, boa vista e sossego.

Tsakani beach house

This is a magical place with total exclusivity if you are longing for that and adventure in an extraordinary setting. You have the lagoon as a calm private beach and you can take a 10 minutes walk to the wilder Indian Ocean. The house is perfect for a couple or a small family. From the Bilene village to the house you take a 10 minutes boat trip. If you have a 4x4 car you can drive around the beach and it takes almost one hour. There is a spectacular bird life with more than 26 species.

Wild Garden House

Wake up to humming birds and take a walk through the immensity of trees embellished by over 30 different species of plants. Take breakfast by the pool and shameless selfies on the pool swing :) Every detail in this house is meant to make it cozy while appealing to the eye. If it gets rainy, we suggest you jump on the couch for some Netflix time, or get to that 8 ball first if you feel like some pool! Sarita and Felix will welcome you to the house and take care of you while you relax!

Enjoy a peaceful, restful holiday in this self-catering holiday home which has breath taking 180 degree sea/breaker views and are situated a mere 70m from the beach. A spacious patio overlooks the ocean and the braai area has a firepit, barbeque and a sandpit for children . Being a split level house it is ideally suited for small or big families, or groups of up to 14 guests. The house is fully serviced by a house servant. Wifi available at R200 per week or part thereof

Beautiful Spacious Beach House - Xai Xai Nr 3 or 5

House nr 5 at Xai Xai Exo Estate is called House Hineni. It was bought with a vision to provide a peaceful, spacious house as resting and restoration home away from home. Hineni means Here Am I, send me! Hineni is a beach house with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Walking distance from the beach and close to many restaurants and other areas to explore. We also own house nr 3 with the name: Hosannah. You are welcome to stay at any of these two beautiful homes.

Our Beach house is thoughtfully decorated and designed to provide a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the sands of Chongoene. The open-concept living area features a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space for 5. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the Indico Ocean.

Casa Lagoa is an elegant lodge with a Mozambican vibe. The lodge hosts the Bull Dog Bar, Restaurant and Bakery. Casa Lagoa is situated on the beach overlooking the natural saltwater lagoon going into the mouth. Casa Lagoa offers 3 x 3 Bedroom Villa’s, 2 x 1 Bedroom Villa’s & a 12 Sleeper house. Each villa/house has it’s own splash pool and braai area with a garden. All the rooms are fitted with aircons. Its self-catering but we can add breakfast on request.

Family Cabin 2 or 3 or 4 or 5

Sleeps 2 to 4 people: Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. One bedroom equipped with a Double Bed. Shower, basin and toilet. 2 Single Beds in the lounge area. It is mostly a Sand\Beach Road. To get to the Resort it is important to Note that a Sedan or Low Ground Clearance Vehicle is not suitable. You would need an High Road Clearance Vehicle, SUV, Bakkie, 4X4 or 2X4.

Our place is 50 meters from Massala Beach Resort right in front of Ujembe lagoon its perfect if you are looking for a peaceful time with your loved ones. You can engage in various activities on site and in the surrounding area, like boat trip to Nghunghwa for Lodge, 10 minute drive to the Villa where you may find restaurants ,stores traditional artwork and clothing.
