The master bedroom boasts views of the village church and hills beyond, and has a super wide bed and high spec mattress. Bedroom 2 is a small bedroom with a single bed and views to Combe Scar.

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

Willans Studio is based on our working beef and sheep farm, it is a first floor studio with access from an outside staircase.

Helmswood Barn - Helm Byre

Helmswood Barn is a newly renovated barn conversion within the Yorkshire Dales. Dentdale is often referred to as the prettiest of Dales. Our home is at the foot Helm Knott, with access onto the fell from the back garden. Private access to two walled paddocks is available. Secure storage for cycles is available upon request. Access to the gardens is available to all guests. We are located near the village of Dent, or a short drive into the Lake District.

Ideally located for the Dalesway and Three peaks walks and within 5 minute walk of pubs and cafes with easy riverside walks down Dentdale or mountains for the committed walker. The Wash House was lovingly crafted by the owner; an artist and award winning holiday cottage designer.
