Cow Lane Cottage

This delightful end stone cottage sits on the outskirts of the picturesque Cheshire town of Bollington, with stunning views from the rear up to the landmark 'White Nancy' and rolling valleys at the front. The cottage is named for the cows that live in the surrounding fields who will often pop their heads over the garden wall to have a munch on the foliage. Step back in time and enjoy a stay in this fabulous 16th-century listed cottage, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside. Guests have exclusive use of a private wing of the property, featuring a cosy lounge with a log burner, a study/breakfast room, a spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Although I live in a separate area at the rear of the property, your accommodation is entirely private . I am close by if needed

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.
