The property is accessible via stairway or elevator. It includes a modern kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, and three inviting bedrooms. A Carolina room features a washer/dryer and space to kick off the sand before you walk inside. A balcony with gorgeous views of pool and stunning beach complete this 5-star retreat.

A very clean and tastefully decorated condo 2 bd, 2 bt , Sleeps 5-2 queenbeds. Overlooks the pool, sun deck and the ocean. The Beach House at Garden City is a 57 unit complex, located right on the Atlantic ocean, offers a beautiful pool, a spacious sun deck and of course Unit 102. This unit comes with One Parking Pass per condo association rules. Parking is limited during peak season but you might be able to park at the grocery store if you have two cars. This Unit is Smoke Free. No Pets.

Enjoy watching sunrise or sunset on our 3rd story widow’s walk. We have available 2 bikes, beach chairs and towels. Special rates are available for weekly and monthly rentals.
