You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located right in the heart of downtown but perfectly placed on the hill so you have plenty of privacy. This home is so cozy with a comfortable back den to cuddle up to watch movies, a front living room for adult time and a screened in porch for rocking in the breeze. Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.
