It is central and very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga).Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

This luxurious 48 m2 apartment+19m2 balcony is in the center of town, 2 mins from a ski lift, 5 mins from the main street. The modern bathroom has both a spa bathtub with jacuzzi and separate shower with rain-head. We are also owners of the FLYZermatt paragliding business. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Ce logement confortable se trouve au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très calme, dans le quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

Im Sommer 2020 haben wir unser Studio renoviert. Es befindet sich an bester Lage ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt und der Gornergratbahn. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht über das Dorf. Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Badewanne, ein 1.80m Bett, eine Sitzecke und einen kleinen Esstisch. Fernseher mit Apple TV-Box (kein Kabelfernsehen!) & WLAN sind vorhanden. Im Haus sind ein Lift sowie ein Skiraum vorhanden.
