This spacious two bedroom basement suite is complete with two full bathrooms is the perfect place for your mountain getaway! Modern, newly built house is right in Boone, but nestled on a beautiful ridge to provide the privacy and desired mountain escape. The home is less than 5-10 minutes to downtown Boone and 321 amenities and ASU, 15 to Blowing Rock, 10 to Foscoe and about 25 to Banner Elk and all the many outdoor activities, dining and shopping offered. **4wd or awd required in the winter!!!

Our home is nestled amongst the trees and Rhodos just one minute away from downtown Boone in a quiet, green neighborhood. This studio apartment attached to our home offers you private living space with private entrance and a outdoor sitting deck. Amenities include a full kitchenette with stove, fridge and microwave and stocked with coffee and tea. Soak in the full bath or ask us about our wood fired sauna for the complete Mountain experience. We are available as you need us and welcome all!

Studio Apt, One Block from ASU, Walk to Town

Comfortable private studio apartment, top floor of home, with upstairs outside entrance. Located i the most central neighborhood in Boone. Walking distance to ASU campus, the Saturday farmers market, movie theater, downtown (bars, restaurants, shops), Earth Fare grocery and bus stops. Drive 15 - 20 minutes to swimming holes, great hiking trails, and ski slopes. In winter, our street is one of the first to be plowed, lending easy access to main plowed roads. Kirsten’s Cabin

This lovely new, super cozy 400 sq ft cabin with one bedroom plus loft (queen beds) sleeps 4 people comfortably. Lovingly adorned with my mosaic artwork, “Kirsten’s Cabin” is located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Boone and is centrally located to many High Country attractions. The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.

Colorful, comfy and clean decor in a cozy tucked away college setting. Two minute walk to ASU campus and a few more minutes to multiple dining options. 14 exterior steps down to this basement apartment. 116 sq feet of functional new construction. I use unscented detergents for linens and non-toxic and essential oil cleaners. Please message me if you have special requests outside of the booking settings I have created. I can often accommodate changes.
