My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families and friends. I have 3 double rooms that share a bathroom, and 1 with a private shower room (this comes with a 15% surcharge) so I can take between 1 and 8 people (4 couples) if all rooms are free. The cost quoted is for ONE room only. If you require more than one room, let me know how many rooms you need and I can then send you the correct cost manually. I also have a listing for the entire house if requested.

There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated.
