Come cozy up in this two bedroom, one bath home on a half acre lot situated on a dead end street. Conveniently located minutes from historic downtown Beaufort, within walking distance of the Spanish Moss biking/hiking trail and Beaufort Memorial Hospital. Only 3 miles to the entrance of Parris Island (MCRD) and 22 miles to Hunting Island State Park.

Less than 4 miles from the beach & 1 mile from the boat landing and hiking/bike trails, this is the place to unplug & reconnect with family & friends. In addition to NOT being on the beach, several features make our home unique and not for everyone.

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Come and relax in this brand new home nestled in the trees on Fripp Island! Surrounded by marsh, enjoy spectacular views of both sunrise and sunset. This truly unique octagonal "tree house" is both modern and cozy. Although the the beach is only 5 minutes away via car or the provided golf cart, you'll find it hard to leave this little slice of paradise. Take in the sights and sounds of wildlife from the deck, enjoy a drink in the shade, or fish from the crabbing dock just steps away.

The home features a screened in pool with TV and adjacent ping pong table. The open concept living space is perfect for entertaining with access to a large porch and grill. The property is steps away from Chaplin Park that hosts Tennis, Playground, Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, Trails and Fields for the kids to play. Sleeps 12.

This designer decorated home screams FUN! Welcome to Mermaid Cove on beautiful Fripp Island! This 2 bedroom 2 bath house sleeps 5 and comes with a golf cart. Kitchen is fully stocked including Kurig coffee pods, spices for those nights you want to grill in, beach towels, beach tent, buggy and even shampoo / soaps. Enjoy the sunset on the screened in back porch after a leisurely day on the beach. * Sorry NO amenities cards are available.

Coastline Cottage

This property is located on Fripp Island. Come enjoy what this 1-bedroom cottage has to offer.This amazing gem features a breathtaking view from both the living room & the second floor master. It has a cabinet bed downstairs which is perfect for accommodating extra guests. The bedroom boasts a spacious comfortable king bed. It includes Wi-Fi, Golf Cart, Washer & Dryer. There are no amenity cards available with the rental of this property.

Barksdale Bungalow

Tuck away to the serene Barksdale Bungalow on Fripp Island. Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath ranch, located in a quiet neighborhood in a central location to all the island has to offer. Just a short ride to the Beach Club Amenities and multiple beach entrances. Amenities cards are offered to guests as an additional expense, if desired, but they aren’t necessary to enjoy the serenity of Fripp.

Dogs welcome with $100 non refundable pet fee. Our home is a traditional family beach house. A place to relax and refuel. We hope you will enjoy the laid back pace locals often refer to as Edislow. We provide a terrific location, clean home, linens, stocked kitchen, paper products (starter set) and several beach towels/chairs. Our hope is that you will kick up your feet and relax.
