Windsong Tree top yurt w/ hot tub

Windsong, nestled in the tree tops in the Blue Ridge Mountains, more of a treehouse than yurt! This yurt has internet, an upper deck w/ a hot tub and a lower deck with a gas firepit. There is an outside firepit with fire wood, and the yurt is comfortable year round with a minisplit, propane fireplace and a generator. Enjoy the soaking tub in the bathroom and the walk in tiled shower. A hammock hangs beneath the yurt, and there are two other yurts at different elevations for privacy.

Barn House

Ready for a rustic getaway? Our unique rental is located in a working horse barn and wedding venue in the peace and quiet of the country, and less than 5 minutes from I-77! Enjoy your morning coffee on our porch overlooking the rolling hills and pasture fields. Horses do not live in the barn anymore, but in our pasture surrounding the barn. You can enjoy morning or evening walks around the hay field or with a short drive get to the river or new river trail for some outdoor activities!

Creekside Bungalow (at Dream Rock Silo)

We have been renovating an old 1950's dairy barn since 2013. We fell in love with this location because the barn is set in a beautiful valley in the Appalachian Mountains. You have to drive through the creek to get to the barn. We built this private bungalow on the creekside of the barn with its private entrance. Riverside-Glamping on the New River

In the Blue Ridge Mountains, a place where you can enjoy a beautiful comfortable camper where the doors open right onto a gorgeous deck that looks directly onto the New River. Hurricane Helene replaced grass for sand. You will be able to swim, fish, kayak, and go boating right off of our property, start a fire at night or just swing on the deck. We are a 5 minute drive from the New River Trail State Park, where you can hike, bike or walk along the river!

Meadowview Farmhouse

4 bedroom 2 bathroom historic farmhouse built @1815 but updated with modern amenities. Private and peaceful location in the middle of a 100+ acre working farm, the property is surrounded by hayfields and rolling hills and includes spacious front and back yards. The house includes a front porch, back deck, and fire pit where you can enjoy spectacular views of farmland and the Iron Mountain range, a perfect place to relax and get away from it all.

Secluded Blue Ridge Mountaintop Getaway

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our secluded mountaintop cabin getaway. Tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains bordering Jefferson National Forest, this cabin is a cozy retreat with dynamite panoramic views. Spend your time sitting on the porch swing overlooking the Appalachian Mountain countryside. Glimpse the four highest peaks in Virginia, watch the hawks and eagles soar at eye level, and enjoy nature at its best.

Fries Trailhead

Completely remodeled and updated home overlooking the New River and close to the southern most entrance to the New River State Park Trail. The home includes an open kitchen and living room, off road parking, a garage with a level 2 charger ($10/day and charged separately) and plenty of space for storing bikes and/or kayaks. The garage includes an area for bicycle and e-bike maintenance and charging.

Angels Rest

Full functioning apartment with a full kitchen that comes with all utilities, living and bedroom and and washer and dryer, and WIFI. Setting right on the New River with access to the start of the New River Trail, storage is available for bike an kayaks. Full 50 ft wrap around deck to be able to see the New River Dam.
