The house is shiny new, squeaky clean, and has everything you may need for your stay! Enjoy easy access to everything with this centrally-located home, within walking distance to downtown Monett. Perfect for your corporate housing needs or your next family vacation. We also have a house directly next door that is available to rent as well or together!

Cottage at Old Wire

Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

Please note that this is an upstairs apartment. This unique place has a style all its own. You will feel right at home!! We are centrally located in the Downtown district. There is a flea market down stairs with several others within walking distance. Wonderful coffee shop directly across the street, clothing resale shop and restaurants also within walking distance. Aurora is an up and coming downtown district and is a part of the Missouri Main Street Program.
