Additional fees for pool/spa being heated. $35 per day must be for entire stay. Must request in advance. Additional fee for water/electricity on dock. $25 per day per boat. Must be the entire stay. No fee to dock just to use water and or electricity. 17 ft Boston Whaler available for rent. Must have boater license. $250 per day.

We are on the south side of the island, which allows early risers a beautiful sunrise, and a relaxing day on the beach. The entire condo is yours to enjoy, including the pool located beside the beach in front of our building. Around the pool are loungers and umbrellas for your use.

Freeport, our Family Friendly island is home away from home. Our Villa is Located on the Channel, with beach on the other side. The sea Kayaks, & paddle boards can be used right out the back door. If you arrive by boat there is no charge to tie up.
