On the plus side to enter this beautiful, new apartment it only five or six stairs but on the minus side the ceilings are not eight foot. So if you are a person over six feet four inches tall in places you may have to duck a bit still spacious and roomy.

Close to 376, cranberry, 10 cracker plant, Aliquippa industrial park, airport, beaver Power plant. My husband and I live upstairs with our toddler and two dogs. Your space is completely closed off from the upstairs with its own private entrance. We are available if you need anything but will not bug you.
