Cool off in the dipping pool and relax in the tree shaded pool area or on those wet winter days curl up next to the indoor fireplace. Property is gated, guest have there own access and free to roam the property. We like to give guest there own space, however either myself or a staff member are always available and happy to help. Visit the Huguenot Memorial Museum to learn about local history. Uber is recently available in Franschhoek but does have a limited presence (after 11pm/12pm). Small family-friendly flat at the foot of Stellenbosch Mountain—just 1.3 km from town. The mountain begins almost across the street, with direct access to walking trails and the wide open scenic “Butterfly Fields” right on our doorstep. The space is compact, with 2 small en suite bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a small lounge. Perfect for young families: toys, books, trampoline, treehouse, and shared garden and pool. Please note: the rooms are small and we have 2 very friendly dogs on the property.
