Our 2nd floor apt is in a quiet little town with plenty to do nearby. We have called it MeANNDUR as we like the outside and nature. Mill City Park is within walking distance--New England's first whitewater park. Highland Mountain bike Park, hiking trails, disc golf, pickleball etc. We are 10-15 minutes from I-93 where N or S bound offers even more. Hospital(s) are close by too. Grocers, restaurants and local brewers just a short distance. The cohost lives on site and can help if needed.

Our charming cabin, just a 1-minute walk from Webster Lake, invites you to embrace water activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, and even ice fishing during winter! Relax on the porch, under glowing lights, sipping something hot (or cold—we don’t judge) while enjoying the peaceful woods and the call of loons. Expect the occasional mosquitos, But hey it’s all part of the full outdoor experience, right?

Please know that while we feel our sanitation and cleanliness of the Cottage is exceptional, we have doubled our efforts providing multiple cleanings between guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Nestled by snowmobile trails, minutes from Highland Mountain Bike Park, Canterbury country club, and the historic Shaker Village. Unwind in nature's embrace. December-February can be icy. Winter tire or 4x4 vehicle recommended.

Spacious 2nd floor apartment with private entrance, full kitchen, living room and screened in porch in quiet, safe neighborhood, 3 blocks from downtown shops and restaurants, and one block to Lake Winnisquam. More space is available to accommodate up to 4 guests occupying the entire 2nd floor which would add a bedroom with a double bed and a large room with a pull out sofa. There is a $15.00 charge per night for each extra guest.
