Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!

We are located in North West Spokane, 10 minutes to Whitworth College, 15 minutes to downtown Spokane & 1 hour to Silverwood. We have 3 bedrooms available, plus an air bed if needed. Also your own 1/2 bath & 3/4 bath with a large sauna. There is a large 70 inch TV with cable, Ping pong table for some extra fun! Board games in the TV cabinet. Plenty of parking available. *This space requires the renter to go up/down a flight of stairs* PLEASE book for the correct number of guests!!

A lovingly restored turn of the century farmhouse situated on 69 acres in the Okanogan highlands at an elevation of 3900’. A historic barn, aspen grove, seasonal creek, and views of mountain peaks are just a few of the sights you can expect to see on our ranch. Plenty of room to roam. Bonaparte Lake is just 5 miles away. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Fully stocked kitchen with outside grill. Over 2,000 Sq. ft. Large dinning room & living room with a 65" TV. This 3 bedroom/3 bath two-story house is a short walk from beautiful Waitts Lake with beach & lake access through North Winona Beach Resort, during our season, April 1st- October 1st. 13 minutes from Chewelah Casino, or 25 min from the Golf Course. During the off season a 30 min. drive to 49 Degree North Ski Resort.
