This freshly renovated farmhouse inspired condo is packed with character. Ideally located, It literally sits at the foot of Loon Mountain and the Kancamagus Highway. Minutes from the highway and the Ski area. The Pemigewasset River and its best swimming hole are right in the back yard. You will have access to the facility pools, hot tub, game room, and laundry facilities. Some of the town's best restaurants are within walking distance. Pinestead Farm Lodge, unit 3, "Loom Rooms"

Pinestead is one of NH's oldest working family farms, with roots going back to 1793. The Loom Rooms is one of 4 private guest units within our 1852 farmhouse. Named for the room where generations of women in our family worked at the loom, weaving linens for the beds, rugs & other household necessities. Pinestead is simple, rustic & imperfect—not a polished “farmhouse-style” getaway. Old floors creak, sound travels & farm life varies with the season. Read on to see if it's your kind of place!

Welcome to the Mountains! This custom log cabin is tucked away on a very private piece of land directly on the Ammonoosuc River. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful NH escape, without being stuck in the middle of nowhere, this is the spot for you! The home is easily accessible year round (no trucks or 4WD needed) has snowmobile trail access, and is minutes away from Bretton Woods Resort, and within 20 minutes to Loon and Cannon. We’re pet friendly, so bring your dog along!

Rustic Cabin in White Mountains

Our cozy cabin is tucked in the White Mountains, just moments from Lincoln’s Main Street with charming shops and local eateries. Only 10 minutes from Loon Mountain, a short walk to Georgiana Falls, and 5 minutes to Franconia Notch, it is the perfect base for countless activities! We’ve recently upgraded all mattresses as of May 2025 for extra comfort, and the cabin is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay. We look forward to hosting you!

Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.
