Our self-contained studio is situated away from the main house and is ideal for a couple, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We provide a comfy bed and continental breakfast. The studio has beautiful views across farmlands to the Tararua Mountain Ranges and sea views the other side. A 10min stroll takes you to our picturesque beach, via scenic walkways. Peka Peka Beach is great for swimming, walking, or just sitting and relaxing. There are masses of tracks and trails accessible from here and within the Kapiti area, for biking and walking or tramping. A trip to Kapiti Island from Paraparaumu, is a must for nature lovers. For those wanting a more relaxed stay, there are really good cafes and restaurants nearby. Harrison's Garden Cafe in Peka Peka, is great and there is a good variety of eateries at Waikanae Beach. The Shoreline Cinema in Waikanae Township, 5 mins drive away, also for coffee and cake, or well selected wines.

Cool little beach house in awesome location! Only a 5 min walk to the beach, estuary, kids park and bike track, and a 2 min walk to the local cafe. Two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with a double bed, and a sleepout with 2 single beds. Modern bathroom and all new furniture. DVD library available for the rainy days and bodyboards for when you hit the beach. Two outdoor living areas with a BBQ, Pizza Oven and a great Spa Pool! Fully fenced section with secure off street parking.

Fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge/dining area, walk in shower, heated tile floor/ towel rail, separate toilet downstairs, double glazing throughout, bifold doors to beach side lawn, balcony off main bedroom with glass balustrade -uninterrupted view of Kapiti Island. 10 mins car Coastlands Mall, 10 mins walk start coastal track, 5 mins car to station for activities in Wellington, 3 mins to Restaurant. Pets friendly spacious bach close to the beach

Bring the whole family and pets to this spacious sunny fully fenced double story beach bach very close to the beach entrance, shop/takeaway, tennis court and Cosie club; you will enjoy 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, woodburner, patio with barbecue and chimenea and outdoor seating. The bach can accommodate comfortably 14 guests in total. Please bring your own towels. Bed linen is supplied . Internal access garage, great for storing bikes safely an still enjoy a barbecue if it rains. Fibre broadband.

The Shed - a contemporary annex near the beach

A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofabed, seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a TV with chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly. 2 adults will be considered a couple unless otherwise stated.

Soak up the Sunset Beach House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, with amazing views of the sunset. Fully renovated in 2020 Cook a delicious meal in the well equipped kitchen, then dine on your choice of decks to soak up the rural or sea views. Just a 7 minute walk to the popular Castlecliff beach for a swim or take a stroll along the black sandy beach, call into the Citadel for a meal or drink on the way home. Ohakune is an hours drive to enjoy the great walks or skiing. 4 square and laundromat close by

The Foxhole

Welcome to The Foxhole! The Foxhole is a sunny, relaxed kiwi bach. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and the third with four single beds (these are both bunks), an open plan living space and a sunroom with bifold windows allowing you to enjoy those sunny Foxton beach days We have a fully fenced section, with lots of toys, kids DVDs, and beach gear making this a perfect set up for those with kids All linen is provided (folded on beds), guests can make up the beds of their choice.

Te One - Boutique Beachfront Accommodation

Absolute beach-front in Paekakariki, a Kapiti coast village 40km from Wellington City. Te One is a classic 1970's bach with open plan kitchen & living area, stunning deck, vintage furniture and contemporary art. Only 250 meters to cafes, deli, and an excellent pub/restaurant. Train station another 50 meters. Enjoy swimming, beach walks, hiking, mountain biking (our 2 normally available) or just relax on the deck. Unlimited high speed WiFi. Netflix, Youtube, Spotify, TVNZ on demand.

Beach Dreams

This property is cosy, and tidy. Great amount of room outside for the kids to run around. Its only a 5 minute stroll, to beach, park and shop. We live in the front of the property, the bach is behind the garage so its private and you will not see much of us, but we are there if needed. You will need to drive past our home in order to get to the bach. The property is only suitable for 2 adults at the moment, until we replace the sofa bed. We do not accept same day check-ins.

The Smurf Shack- linen/retro/outside living

Positioned in a sleepy beach cul de sac you will find 'The Smurf Shack' - This is a complete property and not a Bach on someone's back section. A perfect escape back to those sepia memories of yesteryear. Consists of 2 bedrooms inside, a sleep-out, boardwalk, covered outside lounge (with lighting and heater), alfresco dining deck with Weber BBQ and outside games, a garage w fridge, outside tiki bar, all on a large fully fenced section perfect for kids and the dog.

As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.
