Ghoirtein Bed and Breakfast

Our house is Architect designed with wonderful views over the valley towards Glen Affric and the mountains. We are 4 miles from the very busy town of Drumnadrochit so if you like peace and quiet this is the place to be. The house is situated un 2.5 acres of woodland with a small lochum. We have 14 hens, 8 ducks and 1 cat. The garden is full of wild life and birds, we have red squirrel, foxes and pinemartins. Please note we have no cooking or dining facilities, and no takeaways in room.

Our home is situated in the beautiful village of Invergarry in the Scottish Highlands. Invergarry is on the A87, the road that leads to the Isle of Skye. We offer a self contained private ensuite bedroom with its own entrance to outside, our guests are provided with keys to both doors. Our room can be setup as either a superking bed or as two singles. The Bothy Suite is in the 'hidden village' of Slockavullin , delightfully rural but only 1 mile from the village of Kilmartin with Pub, museum and cafe. Temple Wood and the standing stones are in walking distance with the Crinan Canal a short drive or cycle. The guest accommodation does have a seperate entrance and the whole of the ground floor is for guest use with 2 double bedrooms and modern bathroom consisting of double width shower, sink and toilet. Breakfast is continental.

We are within walking distance of public transport links, a shop and local pubs. We have a parking space up the drive in front of the house for our guests.

A wee double room at the front of the house, facing south over the garden toward the hills. Part of a family home in the Cairngorms - warm, straightforward and completely at home in the glen. Double bed, blackout curtains, 43" TV with Netflix and BBC iPlayer, superfast WiFi. The room shares a modern shower-room across the hall with one other room - bath sheets and toiletries provided. Light continental breakfast included every morning. Guest kitchen and sun-room for all B&B guests.

Welcome all. Twin room, sharing all amenities with myself, the proprietor, only. Quality and comfy beds with plenty of cupboard space etc. Toilet with shower. Living room with lovely coal fire, tv, dvd's, and WiFi access throughout the house. And not to mention a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Kinlochleven is a lovely wee village in the heart of the Highlands offering fishing, trekking, climbing etc with 4 restaurant / bars and a Co Op.

Free private off road parking. Our studio apartment is comfortable and spacious with kitchen facilities and bathroom. Towels and bedding supplied as well as handsoap in bathroom, no other other toiletries are provided. The area is quiet and only approx 3 minutes drive from the town centre, a 10-15 min walk or a regular bus service every half hour throughout the day_ the closest bus stop about 150 mtrs from the house.
