The bedroom has a king bed and workspace area. The living room has a giant 65" TV and sleeper sofa as well for sleeping additional guests.

The R.W. Guest House is a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath Home located in the heart of Fort Smith. Purchased in 2021, this home has been remodeled from ceiling to floor with new utilities, amenities and decor. This Home is a short walk away from Creekmore park and Hunt’s Park ball fields. It features a fully-stocked kitchen, an abundance of living space and beautiful views of the neighborhood.
