We are 20-35 minutes from the ocean and even less from the beautiful river and connecting canals. Take out a kayak or let us guide you to the local boat docks with your boat or kayaks! See manatees, dolphins, gators and a plethora of birds and other wildlife! Please do not tresspass on neighboring properties.

Our Bunkhouse is pure charm. It is on the near-end of our 12-stall barn (Yes, our beautiful Quarter Horses are right outside your front door!). The Bunkhouse has been recently remodeled and decorated with love. Small and cozy, it has everything a couple needs for a romantic weekend or a week of horseback riding adventures (Trail rides and horseback adventures are priced separately). It's ranch living and guests love the country feel.

This lovely carriage house backs onto the famous Edison Ford Estates making it a truly unique location- you really don’t have far to go to explore its beautiful gardens! DT is a 20 minute walk away or take advantage of the free trolley service from Nov-May 1. SWF airport 17 miles.
