We have been in the nightly rental business for 20 years and we know how to equip our places to make our guests feel at home. We have completely remodeled this home. It is 1400 Sq feet with 3 bedroom 2 bath and large kitchen furnished. We have 3 flatscreen tvs, wifi,toys,games and a great view of the Lake. We have washer/dryer with detergent. House has patio table, charcoal grill, firepit and a mountain to explore. We are located about 15 minutes from Wagoner and 15 minutes from Muskogee.

By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

Cozy Country Cottage

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. The cabin is situated a quarter-mile from the water where there is a boat ramp, public water access, and beach. You are 2 miles from Sequoyah State Park, where they have hiking and golf available. 8 miles from downtown Wagoner and plenty of eating options nearby.

We do love and allow pets but please read our pet fee policy.

It has many handicap accessible features including Parking, ramp, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Guests will have access to a lighted car port that can fit 2 vehicles/boats with access to electrical outlets if needed.
