La Terraza my 3rd place here. I designed this one with influence from my time in Spain. With light earth tones and sunshine vibes. It’s a 2 bed duplex with a balcony. one bathroom on the mezzanine floor where the master bedroom is and a cosy but comfortable 2nd bedroom on the ground floor. Situated in the heart of hockley where all the best of Nottingham is on your doorstep. Nothing in the city centre is more than a few mins walk.

Theatre Royal & Motorpoint arena are a 5 minute walk away. We also have a temporary single bed for children under 7, if told its needed in advance. Jan 2026, the flat has been redecorated, and some new bits and bobs have been added.
