It is located within 10 miles of major attractions in Louisville, and 1 mile from the many local restaurants and shops that downtown New Albany has to offer. The Carriage House is ready for your summer stay! Our Carriage House is warm and inviting to guests from all over. We are located close to downtown, Central Park, UofL, & the Bardstown Road corridor. There are many unique shops, restaurants, bars, & places to visit close by, and some are walkable in warmer weather. The Carriage House has undergone a complete renovation - we hope you love it as much as we do! Don’t let the outside fool you - the inside of our home is the treasure!

Newly renovated 1920s shotgun house in Downtown New albany. Perfect for those who want the convenience of being in the middle of it all, but still want an authentic and stylish oasis to relax in. Comes with all the amenities you would expect for a convenient stay including fully equipped kitchen, private back yard, off street parking, and self check-in. Walk or Bike your way to many local restaurants, shops, or take the byway to enjoy the scenic Ohio River.

Industrial Gaming House firepit

Only a 1 min drive to the revitalized heart of New Albany and short 7 minute drive to downtown Louisville. This stylish 2 br 1 1/2 ba loft like flat was a grocery in the early 1900s. It was renovated to bring back the exposed brick wall, beams and knotty wood floors. The-remodeled bathroom has a new soaking tub and stand in shower. The middle BR also has a futon that pulls out to sleep 2 more. There is also an outdoor firepit on a paved area.
