This Cycladic beachfront property is located at a picturesque and unspoiled place called Flambouria (12 km far from the port of Merichas). It has a front balcony where you can enjoy morning breakfasts, afternoon sunsets and an enviable view of the Aegean Sea and a back balcony which connects to a private vineyard. This well-lit and cozy house (50 sq.m.) accommodates up to 4 guests (a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons). All the rooms are furnished with care and have all the amenities.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κεντρικό λιμάνι και η άφιξη στο σπίτι μας γίνεται ανεβαίνοντας 100 σκαλιά αλλά σας επιβραβεύει η υπεροχή θέα μας βλέποντας όλο το λιμάνι και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο και ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει την απόλυτη ησυχία για να έχετε ευχάριστες διακοπές και ξεκούραση.

You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
