Welcome to our villa with swimming pool in the Istrian countryside! Ideal for families or groups of friends up to 6 people. Olive groves and vineyards surround the small village where the house is located. Only 5-10 minutes from several beaches. Strategic location for visiting several seaside towns such as Novigrad, Umag, Poreč, but also picturesque inland villages such as Buje, Brtonigla and Grožnjan. This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

A double bedroom with its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace and pool promises peaceful nights. A practical laundry room and a separate toilet are also on the ground floor.

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.
