This private and spacious guest suite with a separate entrance 35 minutes to Reno and the airport; 40 minutes to NAS Fallon. Between guests, we carefully disinfect ALL touchable surfaces and items - doors, drawers, switches, handles, furniture, dishes, linens, etc. - all are sanitized thoroughly. We want to be sure you feel safe and comfortable as possible. In the winter months, November-April, please check road conditions and carry chains; recommend having a 4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle.

Our charming home is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near Downtown Sparks and just a mile off Highway 80. While our home is welcome to all traveling guests, please note this is a cozy home for travelers only. Unfortunately, we do not host to local residents of the Reno/Sparks area.

There is one queen-size bed and one pull out couch, that is roughly twin sized, and a stylishly decorated full bathroom. The studio has one small step at the entrance landing.

Cozy up in this budget-friendly, modern Airstream camper/ RV in a quiet, private location just 5 minutes from downtown Reno and 8 minutes from the Reno airport. Enjoy all the conveniences of home with small bath and shower, super comfy king size bed with temperpedic mattress topper. Preparing a light meal is possible on the 2 burner stove. A dedicated parking spot next to the camper is provided for guests.

Our casita is located in Sparks, we are approximately 8 miles from 1-80 and 20 miles to Pyramid lake. If you want to stay close to home your welcome to take a stroll on the walking trails behind the property. Comfortable, modern house set right on a working cow horse ranch, where you can view the horses, alfalfa fields and the most amazing sunsets! Traveling with your horses? We offer layover services too, just ask! If more than two guests, we do have an air mattress for the living room.
