Our apartment "Double Deck"is located within a fully fenced private property, on the first and second floors of a two-story house. We live on the ground floor, with our pets, while the two floors of the apartment are for your exclusive use. On the same property, there is another accommodation we rent out, the holiday home "Depandance", a small house for 4 people. We, Barbara and Andrea, consider ourselves inclusive hosts who enjoy interacting with our guests. We live here and see this as an added value for our guests. We are always available for advice, assistance, and – why not – for a chat or spending some time together. As local hosts, we can offer you, if you wish, the opportunity to experience the area with us, discovering this region, its traditions, and its peculiarities. If you want to deepen your knowledge of this area, please don’t hesitate to ask. Barbara is a licensed tour guide and can help you and/or accompany you in exploring Istria. The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious and has <b>air conditioning</b> in every bedroom. During our hosting experience, we have noticed that many people do not like using air conditioning, so we found it fair not to charge guests for services they do not wish to use. For this reason, and out of respect for the environment, we decided not to include its cost in the daily rental price. Therefore, the cost of air conditioning will be calculated only at the end of your stay, counting only the days and the rooms where it was actually used. We have adopted the same policy for the use of the <b>washing machine</b>, which is shared among all guests in the laundry room. For this service, we offer 2 free washes per week. We are a <b>Pet Friendly</b> property and are very happy when guests travel with their pets – we also have a dog and two cats. If you decide to spend some relaxing time here with your four-legged friend, we ask you to follow a few <b>rules</b> out of respect for other animals and people. Please always keep your pet under control and, out of consideration for those with allergies, do not allow your pet on sofas or beds. Please note that a <b>daily fee</b> applies for your pet’s stay. Andrea is a professional dog trainer and can help you manage your dog, provide a dog-sitting service, or even offer a mini obedience course during your holiday. The <b>parking</b> space accommodates two standard-size vehicles or one large vehicle/van. It is located inside the property and is free of charge. The tourist tax is also <b>free</b> for you. Therefore, except for any extra services you choose to use, no additional costs will apply. The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the center of Fažana, a charming fishing village facing the stunning archipelago of the Brioni National Park. Fažana offers all essential services, including a tourist doctor, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, seafront restaurants, and shops. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It is a pebble beach with various facilities, including a Beach Bar, Beach Volleyball Court, Children’s Playground, sun beds, and umbrellas. Other beaches are also within walking distance and offer additional services such as diving, sailing and motorboat rentals, windsurfing school and rentals, jet skis, and water games. There are also secluded and intimate beaches for your relaxation. Fažana also has several <b>dog-friendly beaches</b>.

Apartment has 100 m2 and it is situated in the house that has 3 more apartmants. In the apartman there are 2 bedroom (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds) living room (with kautch on witch can sleep 2 person) , kitchen and bathroom . terrace is cca. 25 m2 big, modern interior. You can expect an very pleseant area for spending your vacation, the apartment is 50 m from restaurant, 400 m from the supermarket, 400 m from beach, 1000 m from center of the city, 300m from bus station. Valbandon is a tourist town located on the southern coast of Istria and the fact that it is very close to Pula and the “Bi Village” camp, this is the perfect destination for families with children. Also, the vicinity of the Brijuni National Park, consisting of 13 small and 2 large islands, make it an attractive tourist destination. Brijuni National Park is one of the most beautiful national phenomena where you can experience the fantastic cohesion of human, plant and animal life. Valbandon offers a special advantage for small children in its long pebble beaches which are ideal for children’s play, while the thick pine tree forest guarantees fresh air in the hot summer days.

Možete parkirati dva auta u dvorište i uživati šetajući desetak minuta do plaže i obližnjih barova. Do malog mjesta Fažana imate 5 min autom.Tamo imate restorane,ljekarnu, market,i razne vrste ljetne zabave. Do Pule autom za 20min.Stan je u blizini prometne ceste. The outdoor terrace, located in the rich green of the garden, provides the desired shade during the summer months and provides maximum comfort. Private parking.

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju. 300 m od plaža i centra Fažane u mirnoj ulici sa malo prometa. Ovaj se stan odlikuje i prekrasnim pogledom na more i Nacionalni park Brijuni koji se sastoji od 13 otoka i otočića. Zadovoljstvo gostima pruža i uređena šetnica uz samo more u dužini od oko 7km kao i biciklističke staze. Na oko 7 km udaljenosti nalazi se grad Pula koji obiluje historijskim spomenicima od kojih je najpoznatiji amfiteatar (treći na svijetu po veličini).

It can accommodate up to 5 persons, and it consists of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, one separate toilette, spacious dining area, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with approach to the covered terrace (private). Guests can use the front garden, one parking space and grill in the back garden. This holiday apartment is perfect for families with children, two couples or simply a small group of friends.
