The Kingswood Golf Course, Bella Vista Country Club, and Tanyard Nature Trail are within 2 miles. Kingsdale Recreation and Riordan Hall facilities are less than 1.5 miles away with miniature golf, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

This quiet and cozy space is close to the U of A, hospitals, shopping, parks, entertainment, and bike trails. It is a separate studio with private coded entrance. Studio includes a queen bed, couch, W/D including supplies, A/C and electric fireplace, WiFi, TV with cable and Roku streaming, tile shower, kitchenette with microwave, under counter fridge, coffee maker and coffee supplies, ice maker, hair blower, small iron and iron board, soaps and shampoos. Enjoy lake view in the winter from the patio where you can hear the boats nearby and enjoy a fire pit and patio seating. The lake is a short walk through the woods on our rustic trail if you are adventurous. Laundry machines available if you get dirty. Short drive to the freeway and world class bike trails.
