Gypsy Farmhouse

The Gypsy Farmhouse is a 1952 Sears Kit House and the original farmhouse on the Junk Gypsy property. It features plush beds, custom Signature Hardware bath tubs, a gourmet kitchen and a large seating area with a rock fire place. There is a king bedroom downstairs with a custom crown headboard, tufted sofa & a full bath with a oversized copper bathtub. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each room and a shared full size bath. Additionally, there is. 1/2 bath downstairs.

Kardinal Kabin-Whole house -10 mins to Round Top

This is a lovely area away from the main roads, and down a winding lane, yet only 10 minutes to Round Top, Texas where you can shop for antiques and curios as well as eat in wonderful restaurants. The world famous Festival Hill Institute is also located in Round Top with concerts almost year round.The Winedale Historical Center gives you a glimpse into the life and times of the early Texas settlers and it is only a mile down Winedale Road from the Kardinal Kabin, a refurbished farmhouse.

Have you ever stayed in an A frame house ? People are always amazed at how much bigger it is inside ! This house sleeps 9 This two bedroom, two bath house has balconies off of both bedrooms. One in front of the house & one in the back. You will find a great covered porch off of the back and the yard has shade trees everywhere. Just 10 minutes off of I-10 between San Antonio (1 1/2 hrs) and Houston (1 1/2 hrs) & just south of Austin (1 hr). R remodeled downstairs & features a fireplace.

Pavilion 2 Pineknot cabin with 3 beds, sleeps 4

This is a new build Spring of 2017 , the 2nd Pavilion cabin with a shared porch on a 1920s Texas farm . We were going to just have a queen sleigh bed, and a Victorian twin , but then saw a need for another twin which is a bonus during antique shows ! Rinn , the owner , likes faux cowhides , dark stained floors , and Chezmoi white ruffled bedspreads with lots of vintage mirrors , we even had a bride get married from here , last week in the main Pavilion porch (in March 2018 )

The Nest Guest House in the Trees

We love tree and bird houses. So we built this lovely cottage up high among the oaks and elms and designed it to look like a bird house. With the verdant landscape, it feels like a tree house. It is located just 5 minutes from Round Top center. Listen to the rustling leaves and owls as you sleep in the romantic loft. Have your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the creek. Coyote Station Lodging is a 9 room, newly constructed lodging venue, open year-round. We are only .5 miles from the antique shops, galleries and restaurants at Round Top's Henkel Square Market and the Festival Institute. We are 4.5 miles from the fields of Warrenton and 2.5 miles from Marburger Farm. Each room is equipped with its own private bathroom, air conditioner/heater, Wi-Fi access, flat screen TV, mini refrigerator, microwave and Single-Serve coffee maker.

IIWII Farms-Blue Room...It Is What It Is

The Blue Room is one of 3 rooms we offer. The house is a split level so we live on the main level and the lower level is where the rooms are but all have windows/doors to outside. We live on 11 acres and have a small pond, working on the deck. It is a very secluded area. There are others that live on the property. Imagine hippy commune. The space has it's own private entrance and each room has its own lock. We rent all for events if you need the space.
